Across the big grassy plain, Katrii sat currently under a cherry blossom tree, too bad it was dead. She glanced around and checked her view from the far corners of her eyes. Screw blind spots. If a scientist was gonna have the best of her from behind her, they were pathetic.
She sighed, like she was waiting for something. Like something was supposed to happen. But really she knew nothing was going to happen, just like yesterday, just like tomorrow. Just like she was used too. Waiting for something, also like she was used too. Hopefully something worth while. All we're waiting for was something worth waiting for, right? Something to kill the pain of all that nothing inside?
Is the infection also infectious to state of mind, brain and logic? Do we all wanna die a little bit inside? Are we all ultimately thrilled and desperate for something of a bright future? Will we ever find a place to feel safe, live like we used to before everything for us went down hill.
Katrii was one of the ones who would gladly stand up to any human, any scientist, any threat. And innocent solider. She didn't even know any of her fellow infected yet really since everyone was pretty keep-to-themselves, she would help or fight for any of them. It was like all of us just so happen to undergo the unfortunate shortcoming, so we all had the pain and abandonment in com'on, we might as well all be like family. Not actually, like blood, weird. But just function like one.
"wwwoosh" she said to herself for no real reason other than the fact that she was bored out of her mind with nothing to do, nothing relevant to think about. Nothing new or interesting to discuss. But still despite all that, there was always something to be said.
